AppointmentsWe start on a weekly basis and as therapeutic goals are met we meet less often. We run around 50 minute hour sessions and see clients on Mondays-Saturdays with both daytime and evening hours. We can set a reoccurring appointment or schedule sessions from week to week.

Payment & Insurance - We only accept out-of-pocket payments and BlueCross/BlueShield PPO insurance. Most insurance providers cover individual, couples and family therapy services, but check with your provider to confirm. Payment plans are available for services, and if you have 'out-of-network' benefits with a Non-BlueCross/BlueShield PPO provider our services may be covered by your insurance carrier. We can check your insurance benefits before your first appointment (see form to the right) to see what might be covered.

RateS - Please call or email to discuss our rates. Initial phone consultation is Free. If you decide to pay with your BlueCross/BlueShield PPO insurance and depending on your coverage plan you may only owe a co-pay or co-insurance fee for each appointment.

ConfidentialityAll information shared in therapy is held confidentially as per your HIPAA rights and the AAMFT Code of Ethics. We are mandated reporters in cases of elder and child abuse and acts of serious self-harm (suicidality) and/or harm to others (homicidality). Minus the aforementioned, what you share in therapy remains confidential.

CONnect - What is most important in therapy is the personal relationship and fit between client and therapist. We like to pride ourselves on being a resource to the community, so if we are not a best fit for the work you are looking to do, we will gladly refer you onto a quality referral. Again, feel free to reach out when you are ready to begin this healing journey.
